Your Price Comes Down to Locations

Most platforms charge per seat, per login, or per surprise on your invoice. Voxie charges one monthly price per location, and it covers both the platform and the texts you send. Tell us about your brand and we'll show you exactly what it costs to bring every location on.

“Partnering with Voxie has transformed the way we approach SMS marketing. Their strategic guidance and deep understanding of the franchise space helped us drive real results, including a 300% ROAS. Voxie has become an essential growth partner for Edible Arrangements.”

How Voxie Pricing Works

Voxie pricing is built around four things: your number of locations, your phone-number setup, your messaging needs, and whether franchisees need their own logins. You pay one monthly price per location, and it includes both the platform and the cost of sending texts.

Simple, Location-Based Pricing

You're billed per location, per month. That price covers the platform and your messaging, so there's no separate per-text bill to track.

Service brands, where each franchisee has their own login and two-way conversations with customers, typically land under $100 per location, per month. QSR brands, where corporate sends to many locations at once, typically land under $75 per location, per month.

No Per-Seat Fees

Most platforms charge more the more people log in, so brands end up rationing who gets access. With Voxie, add every franchisee, regional manager, and team member who needs it. Price is set by locations, not logins.

Shared or Location-Specific Numbers

Some brands text customers from shared brand numbers. Others give every location its own number so customers text their local team directly. Your phone-number setup is one of the things your quote is built around, and we'll recommend the setup that fits how your brand runs.

Phased Rollouts for Large Networks

Flip on 500 locations at once and corporate ends up fielding the same login question 500 times, while franchisees who haven't been trained yet are messaging customers off-brand. Larger brands start with a paid trial on a smaller set of locations, then roll out in rounds, so support keeps up and every location goes live ready.

Voxie Pricing FAQ

Voxie is priced per location, per month. Service brands, where franchisees log in and have two-way conversations with customers, typically pay under $100 per location, per month. QSR brands, where corporate sends messages across many locations, typically pay under $75 per location, per month. Both figures include the platform and the cost of sending texts. Your exact quote depends on your number of locations, phone-number setup, messaging needs, and whether franchisees need their own logins.

Per location. There are no per-seat fees, so you can add every franchisee, regional manager, and team member who needs access. Sending texts does have a cost, and that cost is included in your per-location price rather than billed as a separate surprise.

One. Alongside the monthly per-location price (which covers the platform and every text sent, carrier fees included, plus tax), brands pay a monthly professional services fee for a dedicated customer success manager. Your CSM watches your analytics and the trends behind them, brings you new campaign ideas, builds and launches campaigns and workflows for you, and helps plan strategy, with meetings as often as weekly and on-site visits. Corporate doesn't have to log in and build everything itself, so Voxie runs as a turnkey program. The fee scales with the size of your brand, and its scope depends on how much hands-on help your team needs. How those costs are split between corporate and franchisees is up to your brand (see below).

Either one, or both. Voxie bills around your franchise system, not the other way around. Some franchisors cover everything, and some pass every cost through to franchisees. Some cover the platform fees while franchisees pay for their own texting. Others pay for national campaigns while each franchisee pays for the local messages they send.

Invoicing is just as flexible. Corporate can get one invoice based on the number of locations live on Voxie, or each franchisee can have their own agreement and invoice with Voxie.

QSR brands usually send messages from corporate to customers across many locations at once, and most of those messages don't need a back-and-forth reply. Service brands usually give each franchisee their own account so they can log in and hold two-way conversations with their customers. More accounts and more conversations mean a higher per-location price.

Not if you're only sending national campaigns. For example, QSR brands typically send their text blasts from one short code, not from a separate number for each restaurant. If you want franchisees to sign in and text customers from their own local number, then yes, each location needs its own phone number. Your phone-number setup is part of how your quote is built, and we'll recommend what fits your brand.

Yes. More than 20,000 franchise locations run on Voxie, and 19 Voxie customers are on Entrepreneur's 2026 Franchise 500. Larger brands usually start with a paid trial on a smaller set of locations, then roll out in rounds so every location is trained and ready when it goes live.

Yes. Brands can start with a paid trial across a smaller set of locations to prove it works before it goes network-wide.
