This concept of growing by talking with your customers manifested in everything from our name (Voxie means “to grow” in Norwegian) to the way we architected the platform to look for a response to every outbound message and action/trigger on response/no-response. Always growth centric. Always about authentic 2-way connection.
Over the past two years we’ve been privileged to help so many businesses impacted by the pandemic, to inject our conversational texting platform into their workflows and to drive dramatic ROIs, CSATs, CTRs, and every other acronym known to man, through a new and better way to connect with all their customers at scale.
I want to send a big thank you to our fantastic customers and our hard-working, empathetic, do-whatever-it-takes Voxers who have been instrumental in helping us build a company that is recognized as a Best Place to Work in Atlanta and a Top 10 Most Innovative Company in Georgia.
This new capital will allow us to do what so many have heard me say over and over: Go faster and with greater urgency. We have an extremely specific vision for what the future of conversational messaging is and we’re going to dramatically accelerate our roadmap toward inventing it, which I’ll be sharing more about soon.
